Abstract

5종류의 교합면 인상재를 위치 규격화 장치로 이용하여 교합판 제작직후와 1일,
2,4,8,12,16주후에 각도변이없이 방사선 사진을 촬영하여 게수 공제 방사선 사진을 제작, 다
양한 방법으로 그 질을 평가함으로써 각 인상재의 촬영에 대한 기하학적 재현성 정도를 검
토하여 본 바와 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
1. 계수 공제 방사선 사진의 전체상의 회색도의 표준편차는 각각 Exaflex 4.9, Pattern
Resin 7.2, Tooth Shade Acrylic 9.0, XCP only 12.2, Impregum 14.8의 값을 나타내었으며
표준편차의 값이 작을수록 계수 공제 방사선 사진의 질은 더 우수하였다.
2. 전체상의 회색도의 표준편차 값과 일정한 수평 기준선에서의 표준편차 값이 대체로 일
치하는 경향을 보였다.
3. 계수 공제 방사선 사진이 가장 우수하였던 Exaflex는 직선형 15상, 물결형 14상, 봉우
리형 1상으로, 가장 불량하였던 Impregum은 직선형 4상, 물결형 8상, 봉우리형 18상으로 나
타났다.

The geometrically standardized intraoral radiographs using 5 occlusal registration
materials were taken serially from immediate, 1 day, 2,4,8,12, and 16 weeks after making
the bite blocks. And the resultant images were digitally subtracted using the
immediately taken film as reference images. The qualities of those subtracted images
were evaluated to check the degree of reproducibility of each impression material.
The results were as follows :
1. The standard deviations of the grey scales of the overall subtracted images were
4.9 for Exaflex, 7.2 for Pattern resin, 9.0 for Tooth Shade Acrylic 12.2 for XCP only,
14.8 for Impregum.
the lesser the standard deviation, the better the quality of the subtracted images.
2. The standard deviation of the grey scales of the overall subtracted images were
grossly related to those of the localized horizontal line of interest.
3. Exaflex which showed the best subtracted image quality had 15 cases of straight,
14 cases of wave, 1 case of canyon shape. Impregum which showed the worst
subtracted image quality had 4 cases of straight, 8 cases of wave, 18 cases of canyon
shape respectively.
